Welcome to the Hill House Antiques and Collectibles website. Hill House Antiques is located in a century-old Colonial house on a hill near the shores of scenic Chautauqua Lake in Western New York. Hill House Antiques is a quality antique shop offering a general line of fine antiques, vintage items, and collectables. We are about ten miles northwest of historic Jamestown N.Y. (the birthplace of Lucille Ball), minutes away from the famous Chautauqua Institution, and a short drive from the antique shops and wineries of Westfield and Lake Erie.

The Hill House antique shop at 3845 Route 394 in Ashville NY offers a wide variety of unique and fine quality items, from Victorian antique furniture to mid-century collectibles, curios and ephemera...all at fair prices. New items are added weekly. We pay cash for many types of antiques. Please call or e-mail us if you have something old to sell or consign. Some of the items we are currently seeking to buy include vintage fishing and hunting items, Chautauqua-related antiquities, nauticals, and furniture (pre-mid-century).

Close and easy access to I-86, parking is FREE, and dealers are always welcome! We are open for business on the weekends, noon-5pm; and during the week by chance or appointment only. For the convenience of our customers we now accept debit and most major credit cards. And to show our appreciation to our neighbors north of the border, Canadian $ is accepted at par at Hill House Antiques. Local deliveries are also available at a small extra charge.

Our current store inventory includes 19th and early 20th century formal furniture, 78 RPM records, antiquarian books, bric-a-brac, porcelain, glassware (including carnival, depression, art, and milk glass), marbles, diecast cars, brassware, clocks, vintage jewelry, postcards, Norman Rockwell collectable items, memorabilia, decorative accessories, and many other little temptations. We welcome consignments of antiques at an agreed-upon fair market value. Prices on consigned items are typically held firm for the first 30 days and then reduced 10% every 30 days thereafter. We charge a standard 25% commission on all sold items. If you have antiques to consign or would like additional information, please call or e-mail us.

From I-86 (Southern Tier Expressway) take Exit 8 (NY 394 - Mayville/Lakewood) and follow Route 394 towards Mayville. We are located just 1.8 miles up the road and on the left, directly across the highway from the Pine Hill Motel sign.

From I-90 (New York State Thruway) take Exit 60 and then turn left on Portage Street (Route 394). Continue to follow Route 394 for 15 miles. We are on the right, directly across the highway from the Pine Hill Motel sign.
